Key Words: Webpack, 10.1, Windows XP, libDpm_SharedConstraintMgr

I?m getting the following error when I open Project Navigator:

FATAL_ERROR:Portability:PortDynamicLib.c:358:1.29 - dll open of library <C:\Xilinx\10.1\ISE\lib\nt\libDpm_SharedConstraintMgr.dll> failed due to an unknown reason. Process will terminate. For technical support on this issue, please open a WebCase with this project attached at http://www.xilinx.com/support.

解决方案

For an undetermined reason, on some users machines, libDpm_SharedConstraintMgr DLL is attempting to locate a called DLL in the $XILINX/ISE/bin/nt directory instead of the $XILINX/ISE/lib/nt directory where they reside.

Copy the libCS.dll from the ?$XILINX/ISE/lib/nt? path and paste it in the ?XILINX/ISE/bin/nt? path.
