General Description:

When bit files are loaded in the WebPACK version of iMPACT

or Prom File Formatter, the following error is seen:

FATAL_ERROR: Portability:PortDynamicLib.c:309:1.10 - dll open of library <c:/xilinx_webpack/spartanxl/bin/nt/libBsSxl_Bitstream.dll> failed due to an

unknown reason. Process will terminate. To resolve this error, please consult

the Answers Database and other online resources at http://support.xilinx.com

This is not seen in the older WebPACK versions (3.3i) or ISE Alliance/Foundation.

解决方案

Since it is just the 4.1WP0.x dll that is corrupt, a workaround would be to provide a

non-corrupt copy of libBsSxl_Bitstream.dll to the customer.

This is fixed in the latest version of the WebPACK tools (4.1WP3.x).
