CPLD - What are typical I/V characteristics for I/O pins?

Description

What does a typical Xilinx CPLD I/V curve look like?

解决方案

CoolRunner-II

The I/V curves are in the density-specific CoolRunner-II data sheets (as opposed to the family data sheet).

CoolRunner XPLA3

The I/V curves are in the density-specific XPLA3 data sheets (as opposed to the family data sheet).

XC9500/XL

The I/V characteristic chart in the Xilinx Application Note below is given as a data point to illustrate a typical I/V characteristic curve for XC9500/XL devices. Please note that not all devices will behave in this exact manner, given that this information is characterized from a set of constant core voltage and temperatures.

For more information, refer to "I/V Curves for Various Device Families" Application Note: (Xilinx XAPP150).

For other common CPLD questions, refer to the CPLD FAQ: (Xilinx Answer 24167).
