The ISE 9.2i and 10.1i tools indicate that the evaluation license for XPS_LL_TEMAC has expired on December31, 2008 and June 30, 2009 respectively, and I cannot build a bitstream.
Do I need a license to use the hard TEMAC in a Virtex-4 or Virtex-5 FPGA?
XPS_LL_TEMAC is structured so that both the hard and soft cores are generated by the same block of code selected by the parameter C_TEMAC_TYPE.As a result, a valid evaluation license for the soft core is required to generate the hard core.
Following are two ways to work around this issue:
1.Upgrade to the latest EDK release to ensure unexpired hardware evaluation licenses are available.
