Platform Cable USB:

This cable transfers data via the USB port. It can program the following Xilinx CPLDs:
XC9500 (5V)
XC9500XL (3.3V)
X9500XV (2.5V)
CoolRunner XPLA3 (3.3V)
CoolRunner-II (1.8V)

It can operate at voltages from 1.5 to 3.3V (depending on the target device).

Parallel Cable 4 (DLC7):

This cable transfers data via the parallel port. It can program the following Xilinx CPLDs:
XC9500 (5V)
XC9500XL (3.3V)
X9500XV (2.5V)
CoolRunner XPLA3 (3.3V)
CoolRunner-II (1.8V)

It can operate at voltages from 1.5 to 5.0V (depending on the target device).
