To carry out operations on a specific revision in a BPI flash, you must have multiple MCS files. iMPACT operates on the address range of the assigned MCS.
By creating an individual MCS for each revision that specifies the starting address, you can carry out individual Erase, Program, and Verify operations on a specific revision without affecting any other data on the flash.
