Licensing - How do I update the email address for my Xilinx.com and licensing account?


I changed my email address at Xilinx.com but the email change is not reflected in my licensing account.

I am unable to change my email address because it appears grayed out in my Xilinx.com profile.


To reflect the email change in your licensing account, once you have updated your email address in your Xilinx.com profile, you would then need to log in to Xilinx Product Licensing page and the email address will then get updated in your licensing account.

If for some reason you are still seeing an issue where the email change is not getting reflected in your licensing account, please contact Xilinx Customer Service by opening a new Service Request using the Xilinx online Service Portal

Once logged in, this can be done under the LICENSING->"Account Administration"->"Need to Update Email Address" section.

Xilinx Customer Service will then sort out this issue for you.

To update your Xilinx.com email address, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Xilinx.com with your current user ID and password.
  2. Go to "My Xilinx" -> "Edit Profile"
  3. Under "Change Email", enter the new email address in the field "New Corporate E-mail"
  4. Click "Update"
  5. You will receive an email at the new email address requesting confirmation of your update.
