Zynq-7000, Boot - MIO Pins are not Three-Stated when ErrorLockDown Occurs

The MIO I/O Buffers are not three-stated when the BootROM detects an error that forces the system into the ErrorLockDown state.

Trivial. There is no functional impact to the user. This feature is documented to announce a change of behavior in future silicon revisions.
No work-around needed.

Device Revision(s) Affected: Refer to Zynq-7000 Device Advisory Master Answer Record

The Boot ROM can go into an error lockdown state for a number of reasons, including user error, for example by selecting an incorrect boot mode. If an ErrorLockDown occurs, silicon should pull-up and three-state all MIO pins to reduce the risk of damage to Zynq parts and other devices on the board.
