F1.5isp1: When ABEL synthesis engine is run in NT 4.0 SP3, tkwdog process freezes computer (opening project, syntax check, synthesize, add to project)
When doing a synthesis check or compiling an ABEL design (using NT 4.0 SP3) the system spawns a tkwdog process that locks the system by dominating the systems CPU usage.
Even after cancel ling the syntax check the tkwdog process is actively absorbing all cpu usage. The only resolution is to terminate the tkwdog process from the task manager. The problem with this is that the system then becomes unstable.
