I have installed Standalone SDK install - Xilinx_SDK_2013.3_1017_1.tar on RHEL 6 64-bit OS.
SDK appears to work but when I run the Xilinx License Configuration Manager (XLCM) after I run settings64.sh, I receive the following:
/opt/Xilinx/SDK/2013.3/common/.settings64.sh /opt/Xilinx/SDK/2013.3/common /opt/Xilinx/SDK/2013.3/./.settings64.sh /opt/Xilinx/SDK/2013.3/.
/opt/Xilinx/SDK/2013.3/common/bin/lin64/_xlcm: error while loading shared libraries: libQt_Network.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
find /opt/Xilinx -iname libQt_Network.so (no result)
Neither the ISE Design Suite or Vivado are installed, only the SDK standalone installation.
The libQt_Network.so library is missing with the SDK standalone installation.
To work around this issue, you can manually add libQt_Network.so to the /opt/Xilinx/SDK/2013.3/common/lib/lin64 directory on your Linux 64-bit machine.
Once you have added this library, please ensure that you also have read and executable permissions.
The required libraries for the specific OS are attached in the ZIP file at the end of this answer record; use the one for the OS you require.
Note: After downloading the required library, you need to rename the file to libQt_Network.so (for Linux OS) or libQt_Network.dll (for Windows) before adding it to the directory.
Also, the attached libQt_Network library works for both 2013.3 and 2013.4 Standalone SDK install.
