The core product guide mentions that "Resizable BAR Extended Capability" is not supported.
However, in the Vivado Virtex-7 FPGA Gen3 Integrated Block for PCI Express core generation GUI, under the Extd. Capabilities-1 tab, there is a checkbox to enable RBAR Capability.
Is Resizable BAR Extended Capability supported in Virtex-7 FPGA Gen3 Integrated Block for PCI Express core?

This is a known issue in the core configuration GUI and is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the core.
Resizable BAR Extended Capability is not supported in Virtex-7 FPGA Gen3 Integrated Block for PCI Express core.
Note: "Version Found" refers to the version where the problem was first discovered. The problem might also exist in earlier versions, but no specific testing has been performed to verify earlier versions.
