LogiCORE IP Test Pattern Generator v7.0 - IP is locked due to licensing error after migrating from v6.0

I have recently upgraded this IP from v6.0 to v7.0. However, when I do this, the IP is locked in Vivado.

After running report_ip_status, it reports that the license is missing.

This IP used to be free and did not require a license. Do I need to purchase a license now?

The licensing scheme for this IP changed with v7.0. The IP now requires a license that was not required before, leading to this error.

However, the license for this core is available free of charge from the standard Xilinx licensing page: http://www.xilinx.com/getlicense

Simply download and install the license like you would any other IP.
