TE0783

The Trenz Electronic TE0783 is a high-performance, industrial-grade SoM (System on Module) based on an AMD Zynq 7000 SoC (XC7Z035, XC7Z045 or XC7Z100) with 1 GByte RAM (32-bit wide DDR3) connected to PS, 2 GByte RAM (64-bit wide DDR3) connected to PL, 4 GByte eMMC, 16 GTX high-performance transceiver lanes, 32 MByte QSPI Flash memory for configuration and operation, and powerful switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages.

A large number of configurable I/O's is provided via rugged high-speed stacking strips. All this in a 8.5 x 8.5 cm form factor at the most competitive price.

All parts are at least industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The module operating temperature range depends on customer design and cooling solution. Please contact us for options.

There is a base board available for this module. Latest documentation, design support files and reference designs with source files are available for download free of charge.

All modules produced by Trenz Electronic are developed and manufactured in Germany.
